Certificate of Liability Insurance for $1 million naming the Northeast Florida Fair and Nassau County School Board as additional insured must be on file in our office prior to set up. No exceptions. If vendor requests to be added to the NEFFA insurance send an additional $85 due with the balance postmarked by September 1.

Rental Information
Rental Fee: $400.00 (per 10’ x 10’ space)

• Contract and full payment are due no later than July 1.
• Spaces will be assigned by the Vendor Committee.
• We will not offer partial or half payments.
• Space will not be held if payment and contract are not received by the deadline.

• Emailed contracts will not be accepted. Must be mailed to the address below.
• Requests for additional spaces will be determined by NEFFA.
• A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be on file in our office no later than September 1. (no exceptions).
