2026 Outdoor Vendor Packet

Thank you for your interest in being part of the 2026 Northeast Florida Fair! Each year, our fairgrounds come alive with the sounds, sights, and smells of our community—families, farmers, crafters, food vendors, and small businesses coming together to celebrate everything that makes Northeast Florida special. 

As an Outdoor vendor, you are an important part of that experience. Whether you’re showcasing handmade crafts, promoting your business, or sharing delicious treats, your participation helps create the lively and welcoming atmosphere that our fair is known for. This packet contains everything you need to know about setting up, operating, and closing your booth at the fair. Please review each section carefully, including setup instructions, deadlines, insurance requirements, and fair policies.

The NEFFA Vendor Committee is committed to supporting you throughout the process and ensuring you have a positive, successful experience. Should you have any questions before or during the fair, don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re here to help. All vendors must present their vendor admission tickets at the gate to enter the fairgrounds.

• Gates are manned two hours before opening each day.

• The tickets provided by NEFFA serve as your official entry passes for you and your staff. (25)

• You WILL NOT be admitted to the fairgrounds without your ticket — no exceptions.

• Vendors are responsible for distributing tickets to their own staff before fair week begins. If you need more than what is allotted, you must disclose at the time of signing the contract and submitting payment. NO Discounts after June 1st.
