Youth Poultry Show

1. Exhibitors will demonstrate showmanship skills on an individual basis to a
judge.
2. Exhibitor will use their own poultry and must be entered in the poultry show.
3. Exhibitors will check on poultry entry form if competing in showmanship and
is due September 1. A minimum of five entries are needed to have the
4-H and FFA Poultry Showmanship Contest.
4. Attire: All exhibitors will be required to be neat and clean and dressed in buttoned down collared shirt with at least ¾ sleeves, dark blue or black jeans or
trousers, worn at waist. Closed toed shows are required. 4-H + FFA attire is
strongly recommended.
AGE DIVISIONS:
JUNIORS - Ages 8-10 years old as of September 1
INTERMEDIATES – Ages 11-13 years old as of September 1
SENIORS – Ages 14-18 years old as of September 1 (not
graduated) Prizes will be awarded in each age division
