Commercial Vendor Exhibit Rules & Information:
1. All exhibits must be set up and ready before 4:00 PM on Friday, October 14, 2011.
2. The display of items of “Adult Nature” is prohibited.
3. All exhibits must remain until the close of the fair which is on Sunday, October 23, 2011.
4. All exhibits must be removed within a prompt period of time following the fair. Any materials left will become property of the Fair Association.
5. Manned exhibits during the posted fair hours are preferred; however, well-done self-guiding exhibits are acceptable.
6. Exhibitors may use the booth to their best advantage unless the use interferes with the adjoining spaces.
7. Exhibits may not extend into the aisle.
8. Exhibitors may be removed for failure to pay rental fees, improper displays, and/or improper conduct. The Fair Executive Committee has final say in this matter.
9. No refunds will be given to exhibits failing to show or to expelled exhibitors.
10. Due to limited number of space availability, requests for more than one booth will be considered on an availability basis.
11. Company banners can only be put up in your area. Sponsor banners can be bought by calling Peggy Johnston at (904) 879-1312.
